We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders placed after cut-off times may be processed the following business day

Delivery Times

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order size and delivery method.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@mysupplementfarm.com, and we will investigate with our courier partner.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.
